  Great church! Services are always Bible-center; music is contemporary Christian music glorifying Jesus Christ. You will be welcomed by the members and you will feel as if you knew them personally. They are loved by Jesus Christ and they share this same love & concern for you. I can not say enough about this church. I am from out of town, but every time I visit Chesterfield, I must go to this church. It is my church away from home. Finally, if you and/or your family is looking for a church where you can grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ and be a part of an awesome church family, you must come to Chesterfield Community Church ... you will be welcome with open arms.

  Pastor Randy always has a message that is relatable and helping us to grow deeper in a relationship with Jesus. The church is warm and welcoming.

  This church is not flashy, but provides a consistent, pleasant experience for corporate worship time. The building is aging, but is well maintained. There have been various audio video technology updates, and the naturally bad (high ceiling, hard surfaces) acoustics (no longer desirable) have been minimized with sound deadening tiles. Lighting is easy on the eyes, making reading pleasant.
  
  There is a good balance of men and women in this church - something many churches are lacking. The church ministers well to both sexes. In particular, the pastor provides the kind of practical, straight-forward preaching, mixed with some light humor, that catches and holds your attention quite well.
  
  If that weren't enough, the congregation is quite multi-cultural, and multi-ethnic. You'll find attendees that are White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Jewish, young, old, married, single, divorced... If Almighty God intended for there to be diversity in His family, this church must have gotten the memo.
  
  If you want to visit or become involved with a church that preaches Truth with practical personal application, and avoids the feel-good false church social club, definitely check out Chesterfield Community Church. There's a lot of formerly broken people that attend there. Recovering alcoholics abound. It's obvious something is going very right in this mid sized church (250-300 people?). I suspect it has something to do with the honest worship ministry, attention to those in recovery, solid preaching, and promotion to connect in small community groups.
  
  As a group of people, they may not greet you as readily as some other church groups, complete with a Stepford smile, but you'll likely encounter genuineness, and your interaction will be positive. It seems the congregation takes seriously the words on their foyer wall. "People honoring God. God changing lives. Lives making a difference." What a community!
